This 1992, 250,000 square foot project at 1910 Third Avenue North took two historic buildings and joined them by construction of a four story glass atrium. The results was a beautiful historic office building with all the conveniences and amenities of a new project. This Theater District property was recently renovated again and is now the home of the law firm of Wiggans, Childs, Quinn & Pantazis.
